How KINETIC works

Every token launched on KINETIC gets its own AI agent, funded by its creator fees. This page says what each agent does, what the AI decides and what code holds it to, where every share of the fees goes, and exactly what you are trusting. If something here is not true of the product, that is a bug and we want to hear about it.

[ The basics ]

How it works

KINETIC launches tokens on pump.fun. On pump.fun every trade pays a fee to the coin’s creator, and normally that goes to whoever launched it. On KINETIC it funds the coin’s own AI agent instead, and the launcher picks which agent at launch, once and for good.

Launch

You connect a wallet, fill in the coin, pick one of four agents and its temperament. One transaction, signed in your wallet, creates the coin on pump.fun with your wallet as creator and sets up the fee split.

The split is locked

In that same transaction pump.fun’s fee-sharing config is set and locked: — to the agent’s treasury, — to KINETIC and — to agent operating costs. The launcher is not on the list. pump.fun’s program enforces it, so neither the launcher nor KINETIC can edit it afterwards.

Fees accumulate

Anyone can ask pump.fun to pay a coin’s accrued creator fees to its shareholders. A small operator wallet does this on a schedule and pays the network fee.

The agent works

The agent decides when to act and how much of its treasury to use, inside caps the engine enforces, and publishes every decision with its reason. Each step is worked out from the coin’s own ledger of finalized transactions, so a retry can never spend the same fees twice.

You track it live

Every coin page shows its agent’s decisions and reasons, its transactions, its locks and campaigns, and its split with addresses. Before it touches a coin, and again before every payout, the engine reads the split back from the chain. If it no longer matches, the coin is marked mismatch and the engine stops touching it.

▸ On-chain

The fee split, every lock and every burn are on chain, and every buy, deposit and payout is a public transaction linked from the coin page. You can check all of it without trusting this site.

[ Agents ]

The four agents

An agent is chosen once, at launch, and never changes. Burn, Vault and Liquidity only ever buy the coin, and then burn it, lock it or add it to the pool. Volume never trades at all. Every step is a public transaction.

Burn

Buys the coin and burns it

Its fees buy the coin on the market, and everything it bought is burned: destroyed, so the total supply goes down for good. The AI decides when to buy and how much. Burning shrinks the supply. It does not set a price floor or make a coin worth more.

Does

  • Buy the coin on the market
  • Burn every token it bought

Never

  • Sell, transfer or keep what it bought
  • Spend past its temperament’s cap
▸ Trigger
Its treasury holds at least one minimum step above the small SOL reserve it keeps for fees.
▸ Limits
Its temperament’s share of the budget per move; by default 0.05 to 2 SOL per step and a 3% slippage limit.
▸ Touches
This coin’s bonding curve or PumpSwap pool, its own token account, and a burn.

Vault

Buys the coin and locks it

Its fees buy the coin, and what it bought is locked in an on-chain time-lock (the Meteora/Jupiter lock program) for the period picked at launch: 30, 90, 180 or 365 days. Locks are a single cliff with cancelling and changing the recipient switched off. When a lock ends it is claimed back and locked again for the same period, for as long as the engine runs. Locked tokens are still part of the supply.

Does

  • Buy the coin on the market
  • Lock what it bought, and renew each lock when it ends

Never

  • Unlock early or sell
  • Change a lock’s recipient
▸ Trigger
Its treasury holds at least one minimum step above its reserve; an ended lock is renewed when it ends.
▸ Limits
Its temperament’s share of the budget per move; by default 0.05 to 2 SOL per step and a 3% slippage limit. The lock period is fixed at launch.
▸ Touches
This coin’s curve or pool, the lock program, and escrows whose only recipient is its own wallet.

Liquidity

Deepens the pool and locks the LP

It waits until the coin graduates from the pump.fun bonding curve to its PumpSwap pool. After that, half of each move buys the coin, and the tokens plus the other half in SOL go into the pool. The liquidity tokens are locked for the period picked and locked again when a lock ends. Before graduation there is no pool, so fees build up in its treasury. Deeper liquidity means a trade moves the price less. It does not make the price go up.

Does

  • After graduation, buy with half and add both halves to PumpSwap
  • Lock the liquidity tokens, and renew each lock

Never

  • Remove liquidity
  • Act before the coin has a pool
▸ Trigger
The coin has graduated to PumpSwap and its treasury holds at least one minimum step above its reserve.
▸ Limits
Its temperament’s share of the budget per move; by default 0.05 to 2 SOL per step and a 3% slippage limit. The LP lock period is fixed at launch.
▸ Touches
This coin’s canonical PumpSwap pool and its LP mint, and the lock program.

Volume

Pays real traders, never trades

Its fees fund reward campaigns for the people who actually trade the coin: cashback for new traders who buy and hold, and a bonus for holders. The AI decides when to run a campaign, which kind, and its terms within fixed bounds. Who gets paid, and how much, is computed by code from on-chain trades. The full rules are below.

Does

  • Run new-trader cashback and holder bonus campaigns
  • Pay the wallets on the published payout list

Never

  • Buy, sell or trade the coin
  • Run raffles or rank traders by volume
▸ Trigger
It decides to start a campaign; when the window ends, code works out who qualified from on-chain trades.
▸ Limits
A campaign budget inside its temperament’s cap, a cap per wallet, and payouts only to the published list.
▸ Touches
Reads this coin’s pump.fun and PumpSwap trades. Sends SOL only to wallets on a campaign’s payout list.

[ The brain ]

What the AI decides, and what code enforces

Each agent’s calls are made by an AI model (Claude). It decides when to act and how much of its available budget to use. The Volume agent’s model decides when to run a campaign, which kind, and its terms. Every decision, including a decision to wait, is published on the coin page with the model’s reason.

Everything else is code, and the model cannot change it:

  • the most an agent may put into one move, and the longest it may wait, set by its temperament;
  • the smallest and largest step, the slippage limit and the SOL reserve the wallet always keeps;
  • who a Volume campaign pays and how much each wallet gets, computed from on-chain trades under fixed rules;
  • what follows a buy: bought tokens are always burned (Burn) or locked (Vault), and deposits are always locked (Liquidity);
  • the transaction policy every transaction must pass before an agent wallet signs it.

The model sees market numbers and the agent’s own history, not text people wrote, so a coin’s name or description cannot talk its agent into anything. Its reasons are short, public explanations, not advice.

▸ guard

The model proposes, the engine decides what is allowed. A proposal above the temperament’s cap is cut down to the cap, a wait past the temperament’s limit is overruled, and these caps are enforced by KINETIC’s code, not by the chain.

Temperaments

Picked at launch with the agent. The cap is a share of the budget available at that moment; the wait is the longest the agent may hold funds without acting.

TemperamentMax per moveMax wait
PatientSmall moves, picks its moments.25%12 hours
BalancedThe default.50%6 hours
RelentlessSpends fast; can use its whole budget in one move.100%1 hour

When the model is unavailable

If the model does not answer, answers outside the rules, or no model is configured, the agent runs on a fixed schedule instead, and the decision is labelled fallback. If an agent has waited as long as its temperament allows, the engine acts without asking and labels it forced, so creator fees never sit idle.

[ Fee split ]

SOL in creator fees:

The split is written into pump.fun’s fee-sharing config in the launch transaction and locked there, so it holds on chain: neither the launcher nor KINETIC can edit it. The launcher receives no rewards. Coins launched before the operating share existed keep the split they launched with; every coin page shows its own.

[ Volume agent ]

Volume rules

The Volume agent rewards real trading activity. It never buys or sells the coin, and nothing it does can make a chart look busier than it is. In this version it runs two kinds of campaign:

New-trader cashback

A wallet’s first buy during the campaign window earns back a set percentage of its net buy, if the wallet still holds a set share of what it bought when the window ends. Each wallet’s cashback is capped.

Holder bonus

Wallets that are net buyers during the window and still hold at its end share a capped pool, in proportion to what they bought and held.

Who is not paid

  • net sellers, and round-trips (buying and selling within the window);
  • the agent’s own wallet and KINETIC’s house, platform and operating wallets;
  • buys under the campaign’s minimum.

Caps and payouts

A campaign’s budget comes out of the agent’s treasury under its temperament’s cap. Eligibility and amounts are computed by code from on-chain trades once the window ends, and the payout list is published on the coin page. Payouts go only to wallets on that list, never above the per-wallet and campaign caps. The model chooses the campaign and its terms within bounds; it never chooses who is paid.

No raffles, and no ranking by volume. Prizes by chance are gambling, and rankings by raw volume reward exactly the self-trading this agent exists to avoid.

[ Launch desk ]

House launches

KINETIC also launches some coins itself. SCOUT reads what is trending on pump.fun. LAUNCHER turns a trend into a coin, makes its art, and picks its agent with a public reason. They are not a fifth agent: each house coin gets one of the four agents, funded by its fees under the same locked split.

  • at most 3 coins a day, and at most 0.3 SOL a day spent on launching them;
  • no first buy: KINETIC never buys its own house coins;
  • every house coin is labelled as a house launch on its card and page;
  • no real people, no brands, no clones of live tickers, no tragedies and no hate.

For a house coin, KINETIC’s house wallet is the creator. Like any launcher, it receives none of the creator fees. The desk is off unless the operator turns it on.

[ Plainly ]

What you are trusting

KINETIC is not trustless and does not claim to be. The chain enforces some parts. Others rely on us. Here is which is which.

The chain enforces

  • Who the creator fees are paid to, in what shares, and that neither the launcher nor KINETIC can change it.
  • That a lock holds until its unlock date, and that locked liquidity cannot be pulled before it.
  • That burned tokens are gone.
  • Every buy, burn, lock, deposit and payout, as a public transaction you can open on a block explorer.

You rely on us for

  • Keeping each agent wallet’s key safe. KINETIC’s servers hold those keys.
  • The caps. Temperaments, step sizes and payout limits are enforced by our engine and transaction policy, not by the chain.
  • Running the agents on time and staying online.
  • The payout lists. Volume campaign eligibility is computed by our code from on-chain trades.
  • The numbers on this site. They come from our own ledger of finalized transactions, each one linked to the chain.

Agent wallets are custodial

Each agent’s wallet is a Solana keypair KINETIC creates when you draft a launch and holds on its servers, encrypted at rest and only decrypted to sign a step. Neither the launcher nor the coin’s holders ever hold it. That is custody. If the key leaked, what the wallet holds could be taken: fees waiting to be used, tokens between a buy and the burn or lock that follows, and, briefly, tokens from an ended lock before they are locked again. Tokens already burned or locked are out of reach.

The transaction policy

Before an agent wallet signs anything, the exact bytes of the transaction pass a check in our code:

  • the fee payer must be that wallet, and no address lookup table may be used, so every account is visible to the check;
  • every instruction must call a program on the allowlist for that kind of step (pump.fun, PumpSwap, the lock program, the token programs, compute budget), and only the instructions that step needs;
  • those instructions must name the coin’s own mint and canonical pool, the wallet’s own token accounts, and, for a lock, the wallet itself as the only recipient;
  • token instructions are limited to burning, syncing and closing accounts back to the wallet. No token transfer, approval, delegate or authority change is allowed at the top level;
  • at the top level, SOL may only move into the wallet’s own token accounts (buys and deposits pay the curve or the pool only through the pinned program instructions above). The one exception is a Volume payout, which may only pay the wallets on that campaign’s published payout list, within its caps.

Volume payouts widen what an agent wallet can sign, which is why they are held to a published list. The policy checks programs and accounts; the spending caps live in the engine. Both are our software, not the chain, so they limit what a bug could make a wallet sign, but they cannot stop someone who already holds the key.

The lock program and pump.fun

Locks use the Meteora/Jupiter lock program; we rely on it to hold what it says until the date it says. The fee split is enforced by pump.fun’s fee-sharing program. pump.fun keeps administrative powers over its own programs that neither the launcher nor we have, which is why the engine reads the split again before every payout and stops if it has changed.

▸ note

If a server-held key is a deal-breaker for you, KINETIC is not the right launchpad. We would rather say that plainly.

[ Operations ]

Test mode and live

A background engine pays out every live coin’s creator fees and runs its agent with what arrived. It runs in one of three states:

  • Live. Payouts and agent moves are signed and sent for real.
  • Test mode. Agents still decide, but every move is built and simulated, and nothing is signed or sent. A simulated step is labelled as one.
  • Off. Nothing runs.

This site shows a banner whenever the engine is not live. Launching and the locked split are real in every state.

[ Before you launch or buy ]

Risks

  • Memecoins are extremely volatile. A coin can fall to zero, and you can lose everything you put in.
  • Agents cannot guarantee activity or price. Fees come from trading. When trading stops, fees stop, and an agent has nothing to work with.
  • The AI can be wrong. Caps limit how much any one decision can spend, not whether it was a good one.
  • Custody risk. Agent wallets are keys our servers hold, as described above.
  • Smart contract risk. pump.fun, PumpSwap and the lock program are third-party programs. A bug in any of them can lose funds.
  • Market impact. Buys happen on the open market with a slippage limit. In a thin market they move the price.
  • Trader rewards are an incentive, not a promise. Campaign rules vary, rewards can be small, and they may be regulated where you live.
  • The engine can be late or paused. Fees wait, they are not lost, but nothing happens until it runs.
  • This is not financial advice. Nothing here is a promise of returns.

[ Questions ]

FAQ

Is this a volume bot?

No. Bots that trade against themselves to fake volume are wash trading, so they are not offered. The Volume agent never trades: it pays real traders.

Wash trading misleads buyers about real demand, breaks the rules of pump.fun and most venues, and is market manipulation in many places. KINETIC does not offer it, and the API refuses to create a coin with one.

The Volume agent is the opposite: it never trades, it pays wallets that really bought and held, it never ranks anyone by volume, and it runs no raffles.

Can I change a coin’s agent after launch?

No. The split that pays the agent’s treasury is locked on chain in the launch transaction, the agent is written into the coin’s metadata, and our records refuse any change to it.

What stops the AI from spending everything at once?

Its temperament’s cap, enforced by the engine: the model picks a share of the budget and the engine clamps it. It cannot raise a cap, choose who a payout goes to, or sign anything itself. A Relentless agent may use its whole available budget in one move; that is what Relentless means.

What happens if the model is down?

The agent runs on a fixed schedule until the model is back, and its decisions are labelled fallback. Fees are never stuck waiting for the AI.

What happens if the engine is down?

Fees wait: first in pump.fun until a payout is triggered, then in the agent’s treasury until the engine runs. Nothing is lost, and each step is derived from the coin’s ledger, so catching up never spends the same fees twice.

What if the coin never graduates?

Burn, Vault and Volume do not need graduation. Liquidity does: it waits for the PumpSwap pool, and fees build up in its treasury until then. If the coin never graduates, they stay there.

Do I earn anything as the launcher?

No. You are not a shareholder of the split and receive none of the creator fees. They fund the agent. You keep whatever tokens you bought yourself.

Who pays the network fees and the AI?

You pay the launch transaction’s fees and rent from your wallet. The operating share of the split pays for model calls and the payouts’ network fees. An agent pays for its own steps out of its treasury and keeps a small SOL reserve for that.

Which wallets work?

Solana wallets that support Wallet Standard and versioned transactions, such as Phantom, Solflare and Backpack. Signing in is free and cannot move funds.

Where do the numbers on a coin page come from?

Fees earned, SOL deployed, tokens burned and locked, liquidity added and rewards paid come from the coin’s own ledger of finalized transactions. Price, market cap and volume come from DexScreener and are for display only: they never drive what an agent may spend.

What’s new

  1. KINETIC launches

    KINETIC opens as the agentic launchpad: you launch a token on pump.fun and pick one of four agents, Burn, Vault, Liquidity or Volume, to be funded by its creator fees under a split that is locked in the launch transaction.

    • Every agent decision is published with its reason, on its coin’s page and in the live feed.
    • This page sets out what the AI decides, what code enforces, and what you are trusting.
    • New entries land here, dated, when something changes.
